household consisting of 4 rooms just got available!
Your nice and clean room has huge windows in the back, is a stone throw
away from the EYE museum and thus very close to the 24/7 ferry that goes to
central station!
Even though, its all legal and you will sign a contract, you cannot
register at our place due to the formality that we are living on a
destination that was ment for offices (but you get lots of space for little
money). We are looking for someone who stays at least 6 months. Next to the
rent, you have to pay one time € 200,00 to the renting agency when
occupying the room.
You will be living with a couple and two dutch guys (in separate rooms). We
share a washing machine, kitchen equipment and internet. We are all very
easygoing, but keep in mind that most of us work and need to sleep during
the week, so its not a crazy student dorm situation. You are welcome to
take a look. We look for a nice and tidy person that fits the household.
