Iers Kruisstraat - € 200 (incl.) - 13 m2 We still have some rooms available in our nice & clean student's
house, situated in Lafelt, just over the Belgian border. The rooms are 10
to 13 m². Each floor (4 stud) has a toilet and shower. Some rooms have
modern furniture, other rooms have no furniture, so you can bring your own.
There’s an internet connection in each room. The large living room
(with TV) and the kitchen (with fridge, microwave and washing machine) are
shared. There's also a garden and a bike shed.The communal rooms are
cleaned every week or once in two weeks. That also counts for the garden
and the collection of the rubbish.
Depending on where you have to be in Maastricht it’s 3 to 6 km.
It’s easy to go to Maastricht by bike but you can also take the bus
(busstop is 500m). If you have a car, you can park it in front of the house
(there’s always a place free).
The rooms with furniture cost 250/month. Rooms w/o furniture are 225(large)
and 200(small). An exceptional advantage: it's an ONLY 11 MONTH
